BDO Belgium has acquired all shares of O2 Finance, a specialist in corporate treasury management consulting. The deal aims to bring the consultancy firm closer to chief financial officers. The acquisition strengthens BDO's advisory capabilities in treasury management services. No financial details of the transaction were disclosed.
