Overview

BGC Okanagan runs programs for children and youth across 41 service clubs in the Okanagan valley, providing safe, supportive environments where young people can try new activities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and develop confidence and life skills from birth through adulthood. The centers emphasize individual strengths, equality, and inclusion, and they also support parents as families engage with the organization. Programs are delivered through local clubs that offer ongoing activities and guidance, helping kids grow healthy, happy, and safe. The organization distinguishes itself by its wide network of community clubs, a strong focus on inclusion and life-skills development, and by providing continuous parent support. Its goal is for all children and youth to discover and achieve their dreams and become healthy, successful, and active members of society.
