BKF announces CEO transition: Greg Hurd to Board and Executive Advisor, Darren K. Riegler to CEO. * April 27, 2026 Oakland, CA - After serving as BKF's President and CEO since 2019, Greg Hurd has announced his intent, effective June 1, 2026, to transition into the role of Executive Advisor and Board Member. Having served the firm for more than 40 years, Greg will remain actively engaged at the governance level, supporting Darren K. Riegler, the Leadership Team, and the Board. This planned transition formally appoints Darren as BKF's sixth President and CEO.
