Bidgely's AI platform helps utilities boost energy equity programme enrollment and cut peak demand by 70%

Bidgely has enhanced its Analytics Workbench platform to help utilities identify and enrol households in income-qualified energy assistance programmes using artificial intelligence. The company's solution detects eligible customers who fall outside traditional demographic filters or federal thresholds. The platform enables utilities to address multiple initiatives simultaneously, including EV load management, time-of-use rates and weatherisation programmes. Results include a South Central US utility achieving over 70% reduction from high-peak-usage customers, whilst NV Energy tripled demand response recruitment. Serving over 50 million homes, Bidgely's modular framework allows utilities to implement AI incrementally, focusing on high-priority needs before scaling enterprise-wide.
