Bloomreach named to 2026 Inc. 5000 List of America's fastest growing private companies.

Bloomreach named to 2026 Inc. 5000 List of America's fastest growing private companies. MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, August 13, 2026 - Bloomreach, the AI company for personalization, today announced it has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation's most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. "Earning a place on the Inc. 5000 list for the fifth year validates the remarkable results our customers are achieving and showcases the innovation our team delivers every day," said Raj De Datta, co-founder and CEO, Bloomreach. "We're honored by this achievement and remain focused on advancing AI-powered personalization for the businesses we serve around the world." This year's Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years. "Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still," says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. "Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance-it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement." Inc. 5000 List Methodology Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent - not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies - as of December 31, 2025. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2022 is $100,000; the minimum for 2025 is $2 million. How Pampered Chef went from vision to value in just 90 days.

How Pampered Chef went from vision to value in just 90 days. Bloomreach Case Study Marketing Automation Enterprise Marketing Customer Data Platform 3 mins read For more than 40 years, Pampered Chef has been bringing people together around the dinner table. Supporting their beloved kitchen tools and engaging cooking parties is a highly complex, dual-pronged business model. Pampered Chef sells direct-to-customer and relies heavily on a massive network of independent consultants who sell directly to customers via hosted virtual and in-person events. When faced with the impending end-of-life of their legacy Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, Pampered Chef needed to move fast. They needed a more modern, marketer-friendly platform capable of advanced behavioral segmentation, and they needed it before their legacy system shut-down. The challenge? They had exactly 90 days to complete this massive migration, and it had to be done right in the middle of Q4, the busiest shopping season of the year. Pampered Chef turned to Bloomreach and IM Digital to manage the transition. The challenge: complexity on a strict deadline. Pampered Chef's requirements went far beyond a standard platform migration. Their legacy system had become restrictive, leading to dormant customer journeys and a reliance on IT to execute marketing campaigns. IM Digital needed to transition them to Bloomreach, a leading Customer Data Platform and marketing automation engine, to achieve faster time-to-market and integrate AI into their marketing workflows. However, the unique consultant-led business model added incredible complexity: * Dual-Audience Architecture: IM Digital had to migrate standard D2C transactional and lifecycle programs, while simultaneously engineering automations capable of handling consultant-led communications. * Decentralized Data: Consultants manage their own communications to external recipient lists acquired through word-of-mouth and private parties. * Internal Motivation Engine: IM Digital needed to migrate and improve the complex lifecycle programs designed to promote, inspire, and motivate the independent consultants to hit their sales goals. * Massive Scale: The migration included over 120 unique email templates and more than 50 automated programs operating across two distinct geographic regions. The solution: agile execution meets elite technical excellence. Operating under IM Digital's agile delivery framework, its cross-functional Retention Marketing team worked as a seamless extension of the Pampered Chef team, ensuring data integrity and mitigating risk during the high-stakes Q4 window. Instead of replicating old processes in a new tool, IM Digital engineered a unified data architecture within Bloomreach connecting direct customers and consultant networks. IM Digital streamlined workflows, rebuilt 120+ templates for dynamic rendering, and mapped out complex automation logic that empowered both corporate marketers and independent consultants to communicate effectively. The results: delivering immediate value. In 90 days, IM Digital successfully launched Pampered Chef on Bloomreach, meeting the Q4 deadline without disrupting critical holiday revenue streams. The migration transformed their marketing operations: * Restored Revenue Opportunities: The real victory was reviving highly profitable customer lifecycle journeys that had been abandoned due to the sheer complexity and limitations of their legacy provider. * Lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): By consolidating their stack and reducing technical debt, Pampered Chef achieved a much lower TCO while vastly expanding their capabilities. * Advanced AI & Personalization: Pampered Chef now uses Bloomreach's AI architecture for hyper-personalized product recommendations, predictive analytics, and deep behavioral segmentation based on actions far beyond the initial purchase. * Empowered Marketers: The marketing team is no longer bottlenecked by technical constraints, allowing them to be in-market faster and drive agile, data-driven campaigns. Pampered Chef's migration proves a focused partnership can modernize complex enterprise architectures rapidly and securely. Michael Moore Director of Lifecycle Marketing With two decades of agency experience and expertise across email, SMS, on-site personalization, leads a team that builds scalable lifecycle programs that drive revenue and improve customer experience helping clients move from fragmented execution to strategic, data-driven lifecycle marketing.
