Overview
Blue Heron designs and builds luxury homes for buyers seeking contemporary residences shaped around their lifestyles. Its communities pair curated floor plans with individual homesites, while its custom business creates residences around a client's preferred location and design goals. The company's Vegas Modern approach connects indoor and outdoor spaces with the desert setting, natural light and features intended to support well-being. Its Atelier interior design business also works with clients beyond its homebuilding markets, using immersive digital presentations and approved contractors to bring designs to life. Founded in 2004, Blue Heron is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
