BBlue Moon Metals Inc. explores and develops brownfield, polymetallic mineral projects in stable jurisdictions such as the United States and Norway, aiming to generate revenue from sale of processed metal concentrates. It leverages existing infrastructure and historical data at sites with past mining activity, and plans to operate a central processing hub (the Springer mill) for its ore and regional high-grade ores. The company differentiates itself by targeting brownfield assets with established data, infrastructure, and a broad geographic footprint, alongside active leadership changes and targeted acquisitions. Its goal is to advance projects toward production and grow through project development and M&A, delivering concentrate-based revenue to the global market.

Blue Moon Metals has closed a C$35 million private placement with The Elmet Group (TEG), tied to TEG's investment in the Springer Tungsten Complex. The company issued 3,500,000 units at C$10.00 each. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant to buy another share at $10.80 within three years. Proceeds will fund development of the Springer project. The deal still needs final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. An investor rights agreement gives TEG a board nomination right, equity participation rights, top-up rights, and information rights. Blue Moon has appointed William Jacob Homiller, former chief executive officer of CarbiCrete and H.C. Starck Solutions, to its board, effective October 16, 2026.
Blue Moon Metals secured a binding financing package of up to $175 million with partners Elmet Group and EQ Resources to redevelop the Springer tungsten complex in Nevada. The announcement sent the company's shares up 20.7% in pre-market trading. The financing framework will support the restart of the Nevada tungsten facility. Tungsten is a critical mineral used in various industrial applications, including defence and manufacturing.
Blue Moon Metals has announced the issuance of 1,285 Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide shares at US$11,666.67 per share. The proceeds will fund exploration activities, infrastructure development and general corporate purposes across its polymetallic projects. The transaction supports Blue Moon's portfolio, which includes the Blue Moon zinc-gold-silver-copper project in California, the Nussir and NSG projects in Norway, and the recently acquired Springer tungsten and critical metals mine in Nevada. The company previously raised C$86.5 million in a public offering in October 2025. The shares are being issued under Blue Moon's existing shelf prospectus, allowing expedited securities issuance without new filings. The company operates under TSX Venture Exchange oversight and continues to expand its critical minerals portfolio.
Blue Moon Metals has announced five key appointments to support its expanding US pipeline of brownfield critical metals projects and advance its Nussir project in Norway. Jason Dunning joins as General Manager, US Special Projects, bringing 30 years of mining experience. Simon Cooper becomes Special Projects Manager, Bob Sweeden takes on the role of Health & Safety Director with nearly 40 years of industry experience, and Lee Langlois is appointed Project Director for Nussir. Shaun McGeough joins as Senior Director, Corporate Development, bringing over 10 years of metals and mining transaction expertise. Stephen Eddy resigned as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development effective 15 May 2026. Blue Moon is advancing five brownfield polymetallic projects across Norway and the United States.
Blue Moon Metals has closed a C$100 million bought-deal financing to fund two major mining projects. The company will issue 10 million new shares at C$10 each, alongside a private placement of five million additional shares at the same price. The capital will finance construction of the Nussir copper, gold and silver mine in northern Norway, requiring approximately $184 million, and the restart of the Springer tungsten mine in Nevada. Both operations are targeted to begin production in the third quarter of 2027. The underwriters will receive a 5% commission, reduced to half for strategic investors. An over-allotment option for 1.3 million additional shares is available for 30 days. Before the financing, Blue Moon Metals had approximately 89 million shares outstanding.
