The AI-powered conversation platform had raised ₹12.9 crore from South Korean gaming major Krafton in August 2025. Despite 25% revenue growth to ₹37.67 crore in FY2024, the company's losses widened 40% to ₹60.88 crore. Bobble AI acknowledged its inability to repay the debt, citing liquidity constraints and insufficient operating surplus. The tribunal appointed Manish Agarwal as Interim Resolution Professional to oversee the insolvency process.
