Bober Markey Fedorovich, a Top 200 US accounting firm, has appointed Andrew Zinger as Director in its Transaction Advisory Services practice. Zinger brings over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance and financial leadership. Prior to joining BMF, Zinger worked as an independent consultant providing financial due diligence and fractional CFO services. He previously served as Executive Director at a publicly traded pharmaceutical company and was a Director in PwC's Transaction Services group, where he led financial due diligence engagements for transactions valued between $10 million and $4 billion. He began his career as an auditor at EY. At BMF, Zinger will provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity groups and public and private companies.
