Istanbul-based mobile studio Bold Games has raised $6 million in funding to expand its team and scale its debut title, Market Match, a sort puzzle mobile game. The round was led by Arcadia Gaming Partners, Makers Fund, and e2vc, with participation from JIMCO and several angel investors. Bold Games was founded by CEO Ulas Mergen, CMO Atakan Tuglu, CTO Candas Demirel, and software engineer Baris Incesu. The founding team previously worked at studios including Bigger Games, Dream Games, Agave Games, ZeptoLab, and Rollic. The company is the latest mobile developer to secure funding in Türkiye's growing games sector. "Our ambition is to build games that players can love for years," said Mergen, emphasising the studio's focus on combining execution with creative product thinking.
