Brave Bison provides end-to-end digital advertising and marketing services through four pillars: Commerce, Media, Social, and Technology, serving clients worldwide. It blends in-house talent, proprietary tools, and strategic acquisitions (notably SocialChain) to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that move audiences from awareness to action. The Social pillar handles content creation and influencer management; Media buys paid digital media; Commerce converts audiences into customers; and Technology supports measurement and automation with data tools. The goal is to build a globally native media and marketing group that grows through acquisitions and expands its end-to-end capabilities to adapt to the fast-changing digital landscape.

Brave Bison has received a £2 million investment from Professor Mark Ritson, founder of MiniMBA, after his investment vehicle exercised an option to purchase 4,081,632 new shares at 49 pence each. The transaction increases Ritson's stake to 7% of the company's enlarged share capital. The newly issued shares are subject to a lock-up period until July 2027 and will be admitted to trading on AIM on 18 June. Following admission, Brave Bison will have 116,319,751 ordinary shares in issue. The capital strengthens the company's balance sheet and net cash position, providing flexibility to support growth initiatives. Management highlighted strong organic performance of the MiniMBA platform and recent major contract wins as evidence of momentum across the group's operations.
Brave Bison Group has acquired a 28% stake in marketing effectiveness firm System1 Group through a share-for-share exchange with founder John Kearon and £1.3 million in on-market purchases. The blended acquisition price of 242 pence per System1 share represents a 5.2x FY26e EV/EBITDA multiple. Kearon exchanged his 2.9 million System1 shares for 9.8 million new Brave Bison shares at 74 pence each, giving him 8.7% of Brave Bison's enlarged share capital. He has agreed to an 18-month lock-up period. The investment is expected to boost Brave Bison's adjusted profit after tax by approximately 5% on a pro-forma basis. System1 is projected to hold £12 million in net cash as of 31 March 2026. The new shares will begin trading on AIM on 4 March 2026.
Brave Bison Limited has made a strategic investment in System1, a creative effectiveness platform, through a share-for-share exchange with founder John Kearon, System1's largest shareholder. The companies remain separate but are now more closely aligned. Founded in 2000, System1 serves major global brands including Sky, Google, Waitrose and Subway. Its flagship product, Test Your Ad, measures emotional responses to advertising and scores creative against a database of over 120,000 adverts and 18 million emotional responses. The partnership aims to combine Brave Bison's marketing consultancy expertise with System1's behavioural science and predictive effectiveness frameworks. Kearon said he believes Brave Bison's support will help System1 fulfil its growth potential, whilst Brave Bison's Executive Chairman Oli Green highlighted significant strategic alignment and opportunities to innovate together.
