Mar 26, 2026 / Samut Prakan, Thailand: Brenntag opened a AdBlue(R) facility in Samut Prakan, Thailand, after receiving an official certification from the Quality Management Center (QMC) of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). The site is located around 30 kilometers from central Bangkok within the company's warehouse complex and is positioned to serve both domestic and regional customers. The facility is equipped with dedicated storage tanks, closed transfer systems and controlled filling lines to ensure product purity, traceability and contamination-free handling in compliance with VDA and ISO 22241 standards. "The VDA certification of our Thailand facility, the first in our Asia Pacific network, marks an important milestone in Brenntag's regional growth. It reinforces our commitment to supporting customers with high-quality emissions-control solutions. The VDA license enables the company to produce, package and distribute AdBlue(R) from Samut Prakan site across Thailand and Asia Pacific, increasing demand for compliant diesel exhaust fluid.
