SRCE updates class and bus changes notification systems. After a snowy Monday of school closures, a reminder that the Strait Regional Centre for Education is updating how they will notify bus or class changes. Starting on Thursday, December 11, parents and guardians will start receiving alerts through two new apps. For bus route notifications, including bus service delays and cancellations, the parent portal will be through BusPlanner. Class Notifications, including cancellations, delays, early dismissals and shutdowns, will go out via SchoolMessenger. The Hawk will continue to broadcast and post any changes as we become aware of them.
