The platform enables New York's 62 counties to collectively evaluate artificial intelligence tools, share risk data, and make informed procurement decisions. More than half of New York's counties are participating, with 85 users across 32 counties actively using the system. The platform currently features 20 AI solutions available for evaluation and has completed 20 county assessments. The dashboard allows counties to access peer-reviewed evaluations, eliminating the need for manual outreach and duplicated efforts. Counties are using it to build internal AI taskforces, respond to vendor requests, and align programmes with New York State's AI Acceptable Use Policy. The platform provides a standardised scoring framework and includes a policy and educational resource library for counties at various stages of AI readiness.

For the first time, New York counties can evaluate AI tools collectively.
