CATS Academy Boston welcomes Isiah Anderson as the new Senior Director of Athletics. * August 20, 2026 CATS Academy Boston is delighted to welcome Isiah Anderson as its new Senior Director of Athletics, Basketball Operations & Auxiliary Programs and Head Girls Basketball Coach. With more than two decades of experience as a coach, athletic administrator, recruiter, and program builder, Isiah brings an exceptional combination of leadership, vision, and student-centered excellence to its community. His appointment marks an exciting new chapter for athletics at CATS Academy Boston as CATS Academy Boston, Inc. continue to strengthen its academy sports programs and elevate opportunities for student-athletes from around the world. In his new role, Isiah will provide strategic leadership across the athletic department while working closely with its academy sports partners, including North American Hockey Academy (NAHA), American Hockey Academy (AHA), and Basketball, to ensure strong alignment between athletics, admissions, academics, student support, and the overall student-athlete experience. He will also lead the development and national expansion of CATS Women's Basketball, while supporting international recruitment efforts and the continued growth of its auxiliary programs. Isiah joins CATS Academy Boston after serving as Head Coach of Girls Basketball at Prospect Mountain High School, leading them to the most successful season in school history and a Final Four appearance. Throughout his coaching career, he has helped student-athletes advance to NCAA Division I, Division II, Ivy League, and professional programs, earning a reputation as an outstanding mentor and developer of talent. Before that, he served as the Athletic Director and Head Basketball Coach at Busche Academy, where he led an international athletic department comprised of more than 110 student-athletes representing 18 countries. In that role, he oversaw a comprehensive athletic program dedicated to student success both on and off the court. His passion for athlete development is evident throughout his career. Isiah is the founder of REPS Basketball, one of New England's most respected independent basketball programs, serving more than 150 athletes annually across multiple teams. He also co-founded the International Sports Academy at Hoosac School, creating a highly successful international basketball program that helped student-athletes excel academically, athletically, and in the college recruitment process. Isiah's broad experience supporting student growth, building successful programs, and developing strong organizational cultures will be invaluable to the future of CATS Academy Boston athletics. CATS Academy Boston, Inc. is thrilled to welcome Isiah and look forward to the leadership, energy, and expertise he will bring to its student-athletes, coaches, and wider school community.
