COSTI Immigrant Services

Community-based immigrant services and support

Overview

COSTI Immigrant Services is a community-based nonprofit that has supported newcomers and diverse communities in the Greater Toronto Area since 1952. It provides settlement, employment, education, and social services designed to help people overcome barriers, build skills, and take meaningful steps toward a successful life in Canada. With 19 locations and staff who speak more than 60 languages, COSTI delivers culturally responsive, client-focused support and offers programs in career development, language training, housing assistance, mental health services, and specialized programs for seniors, families, and women. Unlike purely for-profit providers, COSTI combines long-standing roots in the community with a wrap-around approach to services, prioritizing accessibility and tailored assistance. Its goal is to help individuals thrive so that stronger, more connected communities can flourish.
