Hektor named marketing project manager for CTB Inc. MILFORD - Joseph Hektor has been named marketing project manager for CTB Inc., according to Mindy Brooks, director of corporate marketing, advertising and communication for the company. In his new role, Hektor will research, develop, execute and lead strategic marketing and branding priorities to drive business goals. Prior to joining CTB, Hektor gained over 10 years of experience in marketing management and digital strategy. Some of his key responsibilities included executing data-driven digital marketing strategies and managing paid media campaigns across traditional and digital platforms. Hektor holds a bachelor of science degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. A native of Mishawaka, Hektor currently resides in his hometown.
