Cambia Health Solutions to move Vancouver office to Terminal 1 Corporate centerupdated 12 hours ago. Regence parent company's current Vancouver office space will be subleased. By Sarah Wolf , Columbian Staff Reporter Published: May 15, 2026, 12:40pm Updated: May 15, 2026, 3:26pm Sponsored advertisement Cambia Health Solutions is set to join the growing corporate workforce along Vancouver's waterfront. The Portland-based healthcare company, parent of Regence, confirmed Friday it will move its Vancouver office to the Terminal 1 Corporate Center. Developer Lincoln Property Company unveiled the Port of Vancouver's Terminal 1 Corporate Center on West Columbia Way near the Waterfront Vancouver in 2024. The roughly 360,000-square-foot complex was originally intended for Vancouver software company ZoomInfo's global headquarters. The company moved its 500-person local workforce into the complex last summer but is subleasing nearly 180,000 square feet to others. Cambia has maintained a downtown Vancouver office since 2024. The company's space at the Upland Building, 808 Washington St., is now on the market. The Vancouver location gives "employees across our five-state footprint another option for meeting and workspace," company spokesperson Monica Graham said Friday. Graham didn't have a specific date for Cambia's move to Terminal 1. "Currently, we have more than 1,600 employees based in the greater Portland metro area and support workforce flexibility, continuing to operate in a hybrid environment in both our Portland and Vancouver offices," she said. Cambia headquarters will remain in downtown Portland, she added. Unlock all stories. Stay informed. Starting at just $1.99/week
