Dynamic Campus, founded in 2002, provides strategic technology and functional managed services exclusively to higher education institutions. The merger will enable both organisations to deliver enhanced capabilities in data-driven decision-making, operational modernisation and student outcomes improvement. Dynamic Campus is a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market investments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
