Under the partnership, CampusWorks will manage, maintain, and support RCBC's most critical integrated systems, including the college's Ellucian Colleague Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and associated enterprise applications; core network and server infrastructure; data centers; telephony; help desk services; and institutional cybersecurity. CampusWorks will provide dedicated on-site leadership and staff who will work in seamless cooperation with RCBC's internal teams, ensuring IT functions as a single, unified organization to the campus community.
