Li-FT Power Ltd has entered into an agreement for a C$20 million public offering of 6.9 million common shares at C$2.90 per share. The lithium-focused company, which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange, ASX, OTCQX, and Frankfurt exchanges, has also granted underwriters a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 15% of offered shares. Canaccord Genuity Corp serves as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner for the offering. The company intends to use net proceeds to fund estimated care and maintenance costs for the first year of the Renard option period and for working capital. The offering is expected to close around 12 August 2026, subject to regulatory approvals including conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange. Shares will be offered across Canadian provinces and territories, excluding Québec.
