Canyon GBS has acquired Apidapter, an integration technology company that helps educational institutions connect systems and support interoperability across their technology ecosystems. The acquisition strengthens Canyon GBS's ability to provide connected technology environments for colleges and universities. Apidapter, which has operated for nearly 15 years, provides integration middleware that enables data connectivity between education technology systems. The company will join Canyon GBS's product family as institutions continue modernising their digital environments. Canyon GBS will maintain service continuity for existing Apidapter customers, honouring current contract terms and pricing with no immediate changes required. Canyon GBS has acquired Intellidemia, Inc., the company behind Concourse Syllabus, a syllabus management platform used by colleges and universities. The acquisition expands Canyon GBS's capabilities in supporting academic operations across higher education. Concourse Syllabus helps institutions manage syllabi more efficiently, improve consistency, and make course information easier to create and access. Founded in 2007, the platform has been a pioneer in the syllabus management space. Canyon GBS will continue supporting existing Concourse Syllabus customers with no interruption of service, honouring current contract terms and pricing.
