Overview
CarePartners runs home and community healthcare services for patients across urban and rural Ontario. Its nurses, therapists and personal support workers care for people in their homes as well as schools, retirement residences, clinics and workplaces. Services range from daily personal assistance to rehabilitation and clinical nursing, allowing patients and families to arrange support around their care needs. Most services are funded by Ontario Health atHome, while families also have the option to purchase private care directly from the company. CarePartners began with visiting nurses in Huron County in 1984 and is headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario.
