Casa Esperanza provides behavioral health services for the Latine community in Massachusetts, including residential treatment for substance use, outpatient clinics, and 37 units of sober, affordable housing, all at no cost to clients. Its CasaCare model combines behavioral health and primary care to offer coordinated, integrated services, with programs like the Men's Program and the Latinas y Niños Center that allow mothers with young children to live on-site during treatment, plus telehealth through a CARF-accredited outpatient clinic. The organization distinguishes itself as one of the first bilingual, bicultural residential programs in the state and by offering a no-cost, no-denial policy, a broad continuum of care, and family-reunification support. Its goal is to reduce substance use and trauma-related health issues while helping clients achieve stable recovery, improve mental health, and re-enter society with housing and community resources.
