Addus COO departs; CenterWell names New president of home solutions. Heather Dixon leaves Addus, Brad Bickham steps in as interim chief operating officer. Heather Dixon, chief operating officer of home care services provider Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS), has left the company after serving as president and COO since September 2025. "[Dixon] has been an important member of the team, and we are grateful for her partnership," Dirk Allison, CEO of Addus, said in a statement. "We also appreciate her commitment to our mission, which will continue in her absence. We wish her the best in her next chapter." Before joining Addus, Dixon served as chief financial officer of behavioral health provider Acadia Healthcare and as COO and then chief financial officer at primary care provider Everside Health. Former president and COO Brad Bickham has agreed to step back in as COO on an interim basis for one year, effective Aug. 10, according to an Addus release. CenterWell, a healthcare services business under the American health insurance giant Humana, named Casey McKeon president of home solutions. McKeon will lead Humana's home care strategy, operations and growth for CenterWell Home Health, OneHome and the company's home care model, a company spokesperson told Home Health Care News in an email. Previously, McKeon served as general manager of government business strategy and operations at health insurance firm Cigna, president and general manager of the value-based care platform CareAllies and held two director roles at Humana, according to his LinkedIn. CenterWell provides primary care, home health and pharmacy services for older adults across 350 locations and 37 states. HarmonyCares appoints new COO and chief financial officer. HarmonyCares named Tom Xu as COO and Manu Kuppalli as CFO as the company ramps up its next growth phase. Xu previously served as chief administrative officer for Oak Street Health, a primary care network acquired by retail drugstore chain CVS in a $10.6 billion deal in 2023. Kuppalli most recently served as CFO of virtual opioid use treatment company Bicycle Health. The National Alliance for Care at Home (the Alliance) has tapped Denis Fleming Jr. as its chief government affairs officer. Fleming has previously served as the senior vice president and legislative counsel for state and federal affairs at Optum Home and Community Care Delivery/LHC Group and held a similar role at home care provider Almost Family, Inc. Fleming will help shape policies affecting home-based care, which will include directing legislative and regulatory teams and collaborating with policymakers, industry stakeholders and grassroots networks, according to the Alliance. Rogers first joined the VNA Health Group in 2005 as vice president and CFO, a role he held until 2012, according to his LinkedIn profile. He went on to serve as the senior vice president and chief administrative officer at Visiting Nurse Service of New York and CEO at Care Finders Total Care before rejoining VNA Health Group in 2018. Cost Plus Drugs selected CenterWell as a pharmacy partner, whilst CenterWell will use Cost Plus Drugs' digital pharmacy platform SwiftyRx for medication order intake operations. The collaboration aims to combine SwiftyRx's technology, Cost Plus Drugs' pricing, and CenterWell's distribution capabilities to create an employer-based programme that simplifies medication access and lowers costs through streamlined onboarding, automated benefit checks, and improved operational efficiency.
