Based in Kingston, MA, NEC is a provider of mission-critical infrastructure services focused on the wireless telecommunications, utility infrastructure, and electric vehicle charging sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This acquisition presents exciting opportunities for continued growth, particularly in supporting newer markets, such as EV-charging and data center services.
