Overview

Challenge Unlimited is a nonprofit social enterprise creating employment and independent-living opportunities for people with disabilities. It provides job training, employment services, community-integrated housing and support while delivering custodial, landscaping, food service, packaging, staffing, facility and contact-center work for government and commercial customers. The organization also supports military veterans and other people facing employment barriers. Its model links mission and business operations: service contracts create paid work, skill development and pathways to greater community participation.
