Overview

Chambers Health is a tax-funded public hospital district and Federally Qualified Health Center in Chambers and Liberty Counties, Texas. It operates Bayside Community Hospital and several clinics, offering primary care, emergency services, dental care, behavioral health, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, women’s health, and telemedicine, plus school-based centers and a wellness center with an indoor pool and event space. Care is organized at one-stop primary care clinics with on-site labs, imaging, and counseling, serving residents including the uninsured. The goal is to provide accessible, comprehensive healthcare for all residents and to expand capacity and services through federal funding and a locally elected five-member board.
