Chrysalis helps people facing barriers to work by offering a job-readiness program, personalized support services, and paid transitional employment. Clients identify strengths, set goals, and build job skills through case management, resume prep, interview practice, computer access, professional attire, and support groups. Since 1991, Chrysalis Enterprises runs paid transitional jobs that provide real-work experiences in fields like maintenance, janitorial, warehouse, and front desk across LA and OC. The goal is to move people from poverty to long-term self-sufficiency by helping them obtain and retain steady, meaningful employment.
