Clearstory (formerly Extracker), a San Francisco, CA-based construction industry’s Change Order Communication Tool purpose-built to reduce risk for all stakeholders, acquired DataStreet, which specializes in helping specialty contractors create, track, and share Change Order Requests and Time and Material Tickets. DataStreet employees will join Clearstory, and Founder and CEO Chris Kinghorn will move into the role of Head of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances for Clearstory.DataStreet is a cloud-based Change Management platform. Built for subcontractors, DataStreet’s TM Tags and Fixed Price Change Orders reduce processing time and streamline payment from General Contractors. The company provides additional tools such as Daily Reports and Schedule Delays.
