ComPsych expands global owned delivery model, bringing behavioral health support closer to members worldwide.

ComPsych expands global owned delivery model, bringing behavioral health support closer to members worldwide. July 29, 2026 4 mins read New regional hubs in the UAE, France, Germany, and Singapore enhance local, culturally relevant support. CHICAGO - July 29, 2026 - ComPsych(R) Corporation, the worldwide leader in organizational behavioral health, well-being, and absence management, today announced the next phase of its global expansion, focusing on directly owned regional hubs in key strategic markets. Last month, ComPsych launched owned operational and delivery capabilities in United Arab Emirates (UAE), France, Germany, and Singapore, extending the company's ability to deliver a consistent standard of care to members wherever they live and work. The milestone reflects months of coordinated planning and execution across ComPsych's global teams and strengthens the company's ability to deliver localized, high-quality behavioral health support to members and organizations around the world. In these new regional hubs ComPsych places master's-level intake staff and owned provider networks directly in global markets, taking structural ownership of the member experience end-to-end, from first contact through case resolution, on a single unified platform. "Right now, we know global organizations and multinational employers are under pressure to provide meaningful behavioral health benefits that are truly equitable across geographies," explained Abhijit Bhandari, Vice President, Global Development and Strategy at ComPsych. "For these organizations, it's vital that service quality and the member experience are consistent across regions. Our recent expansion in strategic markets allows us to meet these demands, offering a unified global experience alongside deep, authentic, local support. Owning the member experience with local staff and providers ensures every employee is being connected with the right care at the right time, regardless of where they are based." Alongside the new regional hubs, ComPsych also launched an enhanced online booking experience in France and Singapore, giving members the ability to schedule appointments directly as well as allowing the clinical intake team to book appointments on members' behalf. Together, this expansion of global offerings provides greater flexibility and a stronger self-service experience to ComPsych's global members. The enhanced online booking experience will expand to Germany and the UAE on July 31. Additionally, ComPsych will continue its expansion of regional hubs through 2026 with plans to launch in key markets in the Asia-Pacific and Latin American regions later this year including India, Mexico, and Argentina. "For more than 40 years, we've built our network and refined our approach to care one market at a time," said ComPsych CEO Paul Posey. "As we expand our global capabilities through these new regional hubs, we're not assembling reach through acquisition - we're extending the same infrastructure and clinical quality standards our members already trust, so a member in Singapore or Frankfurt receives the same level of care as a member in the U.S." The importance of embedded local support for global customers is increasingly important, particularly as markets encounter unique challenges, needs, and cultural norms. Standing out on the show floor at SHRM 2026.

Standing out on the show floor at SHRM 2026. Orange County Convention Center | Orlando, FL | June 16-18, 2026 The SHRM Annual Conference & Expo is one of the largest gatherings of HR professionals in the world, bringing together thousands of decision-makers searching for new ideas, solutions, and business partners. With so much activity happening across the exhibit hall, creating a comfortable place for meaningful conversations can make all the difference. That's exactly what ComPsych accomplished with their exhibit at SHRM 2026 by incorporating NOOK Event Pods(R) into their booth design. While the event itself has featured NOOK Event Pods(R) in previous years, this activation demonstrated another growing trend Nook is seeing across the industry: exhibitors using portable meeting pods as an extension of their exhibit space. ComPsych created a clean, effective layout by positioning two NOOK Event Pods(R) on either side of a branded column featuring a digital monitor. The design naturally created a "speed bump" on the show floor, encouraging attendees to slow down, stop, and engage with the team. Once conversations began, the pods provided a quiet, comfortable environment where meaningful discussions could continue without leaving the exhibit. Using NOOK Event Pods(R) inside an exhibit booth offers several advantages: * Creates a premium meeting space without expanding the booth footprint * Increases attendee dwell time by providing comfortable seating * Reduces noise and distractions for higher-quality conversations * Differentiates the exhibit from surrounding booths * Supports executive meetings and product demonstrations Just as importantly, the pods simplify life for the exhibiting team. Unlike traditional exhibit structures and meeting rooms that require packing, dismantling, and waiting for freight, the NOOK Event Pods(R) simply roll away at the end of the event. The ComPsych team was able to gather their belongings, finish their final meetings, and walk away without worrying about crates, complicated teardown, or additional labor costs. It's another great example of how exhibitors can improve both the attendee experience and their own onsite operations with a turnkey meeting solution.

Well-being at Work in the Age of AI.

Well-being at Work in the Age of AI. May 18, 2026 5 mins read AI is likely the most disruptive force ComPsych Corporation will ever see in its lifetimes. And like most big disruptors, the results can be both positive and negative. Currently, 3 in 10 US employees use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot, several times a week or more. The rapid pace of adoption and AI use can easily outrun its ability to think carefully about what ComPsych Corporation is gaining, and what ComPsych Corporation might be quietly losing. While AI can have a profound impact on productivity in a workplace setting - accelerating research, sharpening writing, and handling tasks in minutes that used to consume hours - is anyone pausing to think about the impacts to well-being? Paradoxically, the characteristics of AI that make it so engaging are also the same characteristics that can lead to well-being risks. To date, conversations about AI at work have been almost entirely about productivity, whereas discussions on AI's impacts to human well-being haven't gotten the attention they deserve. This gap is worth taking seriously. The AI guide. To address this, ComPsych partnered with leading AI researcher Alexandra Samuel to develop a guide for everyday AI users - whether they're using AI at home, at work, or both - providing them with a practical tool to help them use AI in a way that enhances rather than undermines well-being across four key domains: cognitive, social, emotional, and physical. Think: cognitive well-being. AI is the most powerful cognitive shortcut ever built. It can draft, research, synthesize, and solve in seconds. But shortcuts, used habitually, have a cost. The cost here is the gradual erosion of critical thinking skills that make ComPsych Corporation effective, credible, creative, and valuable. Critical thinking, judgment, and the capacity to evaluate information carefully are not passive abilities. They are skills that can atrophy without practice. The guide's Think pillar helps you stay mentally sharp in an AI-assisted world: getting the productivity benefit without losing the cognitive independence that no tool can replace. To combat over reliance on AI, ComPsych Corporation must ask ourselves: is AI strengthening or diminishing my cognitive abilities? Connect: social well-being. Human connection is not a nice-to-have; it is a fundamental driver of health, resilience, and meaning. Satisfying relationships, friendships, and collaborative workplaces do wonders for its well-being. ComPsych Corporation know from decades of research that the quality of its real, human relationships predicts its well-being more reliably than almost any other factor. AI, for all its capability, cannot provide genuine connection. While it can simulate conversation, and even offers empathic language and validating responses, it cannot be truly present the way another person can. It cannot share its lived experiences, push back in the way a real person would, or provide the friction that helps ComPsych Corporation grow. The guide's Connect pillar helps you use AI in ways that protects and even strengthen your human relationships, rather than quietly substituting for or diminishing them. To prevent AI substitution for connection, ComPsych Corporation must ask ourselves: is my use of AI helping or harming my relationships with other humans? Feel: emotional well-being. Resilience is not something ComPsych Corporation is born with. It is built through experience - through sitting with discomfort, navigating hard conversations, and making sense of its own emotional lives without outsourcing that work. AI makes it very easy to offload precisely those experiences by having an algorithm interpret how you feel or allowing you to avoid the productive friction of working through something challenging. Over time, that emotional offloading or avoidance has a consequence. The guide's Feel pillar is about protecting your emotional self-reliance, ensuring that AI enhances your capacity to cope, rather than gradually replacing it. In order to protect and enhance resilience, ask yourself: is AI increasing or decreasing my ability to handle discomfort and coping capacity? Thrive: physical well-being. AI is designed to be frictionless, engaging, and constantly accessible. Your body is not. The same qualities that make AI tools compelling - the ease, fast responsiveness, and always-on availability - are precisely the qualities that can pull ComPsych Corporation away from the signals its bodies send when ComPsych Corporation is tired, hungry, tense, or simply need break. Physical well-being is not separate from how ComPsych Corporation work; it is foundational to it. The guide's Thrive pillar is about maintaining that foundation and setting boundaries with technology that protect your sleep, your movement, your attention, and your body's basic rhythms in a world that will otherwise keep your eyes glued to a screen. To combat this, consider: does AI make me tune out my body or help me take care of it? Why this matters. AI is not going away, and it shouldn't. Used well, it is a genuinely powerful tool for doing better work and freeing up human capacity for what matters most. But using it well requires intention. Most of the guidance employees receive about AI stops at how to use it, without addressing what it means for who they are and how they feel. As an HR or well-being leader, you understand that your employees bring their whole selves to work. As ComPsych Corporation has discussed before, their overlapping and compounding concerns about their work, their health, their relationships, and their futures don't disappear when they enter the office or open a laptop. AI adds a new layer to those concerns, and it deserves the same thoughtful, human-centered response. This guide is designed to be that response: a resource that treats your team members as whole people and gives them what they actually need to thrive alongside AI.
