Homeless at 16, this founder's loungewear brand Comfrt hits $1B revenue and lands him on David Beckham's wellness board

Hudson Leogrande was homeless at 16 after dropping out of school. Now, at 30, he leads Comfrt, a loungewear brand projected to reach $1 billion in revenue this year, and serves on the board of David Beckham's wellness company IM8. Leogrande's path included car sales, an Airbnb arbitrage business that generated $60,000 monthly, and a teeth whitening brand that initially struggled. During COVID-19 lockdown, he launched Comfrt with $50,000, creating weighted hoodies and sweatpants designed to provide comfort and calm. The brand grew rapidly through social media, now working with 500 content creators and employing 140 people. Despite going broke several times in 2024, Comfrt recovered by bringing in operational leadership including a COO and CFO.
