Commence appoints Greg Davis as chief growth officer to scale federal health business

Commence, a health services and technology platform backed by Pleasant Land, has appointed Greg Davis as Chief Growth Officer. Davis will oversee expansion of the company's public sector and commercial operations. Davis joins from GDIT, where he served as Vice President of Federal Health, leading a $1.3 billion line of business. Previously at Booz Allen Hamilton, he grew the firm's NIH account from approximately $70 million to $150 million in annual revenue. The appointment follows recent contract wins, including a position on the CMS Research, Measurement, Assessment, Design, and Analysis 3 vehicle, plus new awards supporting modernisation efforts at the Department of Veterans Affairs and Defense Health Agency. Davis replaces Nick Marchand, who is moving to a Chief Strategy Officer role at Pleasant Land.
