Confluence Behavioral Health provides a full continuum of behavioral health care for young adults in Vermont, including residential treatment, transitional living, and intensive outpatient services. Care combines clinical services (psychiatric evaluations, medication management, neuropsychological assessments) with coaching on executive functioning, life skills, and wellness, delivered across a Thetford Center residential program and Burlington-based programs.
