BridgeWise, a global leader in AI for wealth management, has acquired Chicago-based Context Analytics, an AI-powered alternative data processing company used by tier-one financial firms including S&P Global Market Intelligence. The deal's financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition combines BridgeWise's institutional-grade investment intelligence platform with Context Analytics' expertise in processing unstructured financial data, creating what the company calls the industry's first fully integrated wealth intelligence solution. Context Analytics transforms news, social media and complex filings into machine-readable data and sentiment scores. BridgeWise currently serves over 50 institutional clients and 25 million end users across 15 languages, with partners including Japan Exchange Group, SIX, B3 and eToro. The combined technology will power pAI, BridgeWise's AI wealth agent that builds and optimises individual portfolios.

Kontext, a startup enabling real-time ads in AI chatbots, raised $10M in seed funding to expand its ad platform. Founded in 2023, the 13-person company plans to grow its engineering team and explore image-based ads. Kontext's ads, used by brands like Amazon and Uber, are generated in real time to match user queries. The funding round was led by M13. Kontext's ad product reportedly increased a major AI app's revenue per user by 66% and outperformed a Meta campaign in a pilot with Nimblebit.
