ContinuServe has launched ContinuFlow, an AI-powered platform designed to transform back-office finance operations for multi-location businesses in restaurant, retail, and enterprise sectors. The web-based platform integrates accounts payable, general accounting, cash flow management and reporting into a single system. ContinuFlow combines capabilities from two legacy platforms following ContinuServe's recent brand unification with Quatrro Business Support Services and USWired. The platform features AI-driven insights, automated invoice processing with over 95% accuracy using machine learning, and conversational analytics through natural language queries. The system offers role-based dashboards, real-time financial visibility, configurable workflow automation, and self-service reporting tools. It integrates with SAP and Sage ERP systems and is now available to new ContinuServe clients. CEO Nate Medoff said the platform helps finance leaders shift from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven decision-making.
