blueAPACHE takes services to the next level with ControlUp.

blueAPACHE takes services to the next level with ControlUp. 24 Aug 2026 3 mins The partnership underpins managed services re-engineered offering. Mid-market IT services provider blueAPACHE has embedded ControlUp's AI-driven ControlUp ONE platform into its managed services and will look to offer it as a standalone solution. This is part of a strategic partnership with ControlUp to deliver a next generation digital employee experience. It shifts what managed services should mean, moving it from reactive support to proactive and autonomous operations. blueAPACHE is now ControlUp's strategic delivery partner in the region, pairing the vendor's DEX telemetry and AI-driven automations platform with the MSP's (managed service provider) expertise. The partnership provides blueAPACHE's service desk with real-time visibility into every user's device and application experience. This means problems can be detected and often fixed automatically before a ticket is raised. The platform also allows issues to be self-detected and remediated automatically, reducing the number of incidents that require manual intervention and improving time to resolution. For customers with their own in-house IT teams, blueAPACHE is also offering ControlUp ONE as a standalone reseller solution, extending into patch management and application layer management alongside endpoint monitoring and automation. blueAPACHE selected ControlUp in part because of its strength in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), an area where blueAPACHE has deep experience through partners including Citrix and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop. As customer expectations of managed services continue to rise, the partnership underpins blueAPACHE's managed services re-engineered offering, which the company is progressively rolling out to customers across Australia. The partnership goes beyond a traditional reseller arrangement, embedding ControlUp ONE into how blueAPACHE designs, delivers and supports managed services, not simply distributing the technology. blueAPACHE becomes ControlUp's strategic delivery partner in the region and is running the platform as "customer zero" in its own environment. It moves the definition of managed services has moved beyond monitoring and patching, said blueAPACHE CEO Michael Zuppa. "This is about being able to visually present value back to customers in a way that is meaningful to them. Customers no longer simply want incidents resolved. "They want problems detected and, wherever possible, fixed before they are even aware there was one." According to Zuppa, blueAPACHE are lifting managed services to an even higher standard beyond just monitoring, as these services are now coupled with capabilities that are contextual and centred on the actual experience. It also includes application performance and device health of every user, not just incidents and patch management. "This is what customers should expect from their managed services partner," Zuppa added. "Arnnet is lifting managed services to an even higher standard beyond just monitoring. "Capabilities are contextual and centred on the actual experience, application performance and device health of every user, not just incidents and patch management. "This is what customers should expect from their managed services partner." ControlUp senior vice president global partners alliances Bob Johnson said blueAPACHE has the technical depth to embed its platform properly rather than just resell it. "Managed services are moving quickly from reactive support to proactive, AI-driven endpoint management, and we are seeing demand for managed extended experience grow quickly across the mid-market," he said. "Partners and alliances are how we meet that demand. blueAPACHE is a strong partner to build that capability here." Don't miss a thing From its editors straight to your inbox. ControlUp named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies.

ControlUp named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. Simon Townsend August 11, 2026 Duration: 2 minutes I'm proud to share that ControlUp has earned a place on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. This marks its 4th consecutive year on the list, proof that its growth isn't a moment, it's a pattern. It's a recognition of momentum, but more importantly, it's a signal of where the market is heading. IT teams are done choosing between visibility and action. For years, the industry sold dashboards and called it strategy. ControlUp, Inc built something different: an AI platform where Digital Employee Experience (DEX) gives IT the signals, agentic AI provides the intelligence, and Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) executes the fix. See instantly, decide intelligently, resolve autonomously, all within the boundaries IT defines. This growth isn't abstract. It reflects customers moving from reactive firefighting to more autonomous IT operations. It's fewer tickets, faster resolutions, and IT teams freed to lead digital workplace strategy instead of chasing alerts. Its customers aren't buying a vision of what autonomous IT operations might become, they're running it today. Growth like this doesn't happen by accident. It happens because ControlUp ONE keeps delivering on a simple promise: turn noise into clarity, and clarity into action. As endpoints multiply and environments grow more complex, that promise matters more. ControlUp, Inc is not chasing a trend. ControlUp, Inc is defining a category. And ControlUp, Inc is just getting started. Want to see what autonomous IT operations looks like in practice? Let's talk.

Get to know ControlUp Pulse AI.

Get to know ControlUp Pulse AI. July 26, 2026 Updated on: August 4, 2026 Duration: 5 minutes ControlUp Pulse AI transforms IT operations from reactive problem observation to proactive, intelligent resolution through its integrated suite of AI-powered capabilities designed for hybrid environments. * ControlUp Pulse AI introduces Resolve for self-service endpoint resolution with agentic AI, Assist for contextual intelligence and natural language interaction, and Insights for anomaly detection to distinguish meaningful signals from noise. * This comprehensive platform aims to deliver improved reliability, higher productivity, and cost efficiency by automating routine tasks and enabling governed autonomy in IT operations, shifting the focus from manual oversight to managing autonomous systems. IT teams did not invest years in deploying agents, collecting telemetry, and building dashboards simply to observe problems as they unfold. Yet in today's hybrid and heterogeneous environments, greater visibility often creates more noise rather than better outcomes. The real challenge for IT leaders is no longer understanding what is happening, but ensuring issues are resolved quickly, automatically, and with confidence. ControlUp Pulse AI is designed to meet that challenge through three tightly integrated capabilities: Resolve, which brings proactive and self-service resolution directly to the endpoint; AI Assistant, which provides contextual intelligence and guided action across the platform; and Anomaly Detection, which separates meaningful signals from background noise. Together, these capabilities turn insight into action and move IT operations from reactive response to proactive, intelligent resolution. Pulse AI resolve. ControlUp Resolve is anchored by the Self-Service Hub, an on-device command center designed to detect and resolve performance issues before they disrupt productivity. By shifting support closer to the endpoint, the Hub enables employees to resolve issues independently or escalate them with full diagnostic context. In many cases, this prevents tickets from being created at all. Agentic AI self-service. The self-service hub's agentic AI represents a meaningful evolution in IT operations. These AI agents do more than recommend actions. They select tools, execute remediations within defined policies, and verify outcomes when required. Over time, agents learn from results and refine playbooks, which reduces the need for manual configuration. This allows IT teams to move from constant firefighting to strategic oversight by automating routine issues, escalating complex cases with context, and improving service quality without proportional headcount growth. Proactive issue detection and recommendations. Detection only matters when it leads to timely and effective action. ControlUp pairs proactive issue identification with prescriptive recommendations that guide teams from awareness to resolution using real-time conditions and historical patterns. Humans remain in control but no longer start from scratch. The system proposes next steps, and leaders can approve, adapt, or automate them. This approach reduces mean time to resolution while strengthening consistency and governance. Context-Rich AI escalations. When escalation is required, ControlUp automatically creates complete tickets with full diagnostics attached. This eliminates back-and-forth and accelerates troubleshooting. Pulse AI Assistant. ControlUp AI Assistant is not a standalone chatbot. It is an intelligence layer embedded across the platform. AI Assistant unifies AI support, anomaly detection, and proactive recommendations into a coordinated progression from insight to mitigation and ultimately to controlled autonomy. The result is a shift of work from people to policy-governed AI without sacrificing transparency or trust. With AI Assistant, teams interact with their environment through natural language. Instead of navigating dashboards and manually correlating signals, practitioners receive contextual explanations of what is happening, why it matters, and where to focus. This shortens time to understanding, reduces unnecessary escalations, and enables senior staff to focus on higher-value work. Pulse AI Insights. Static thresholds fail to reflect real-world variability. ControlUp's anomaly detection establishes behavioral baselines, highlights meaningful deviations, and suppresses noise. Alerts evolve from simple threshold breaches into signals that indicate real changes in system behavior. This improves reliability while reducing alert fatigue. The business value of AI in IT operations. For executives, the value of AI in IT is measured in outcomes. Faster detection and resolution translate directly into reduced downtime, fewer support tickets, improved employee experience, and better margins. ControlUp Pulse AI converts large volumes of telemetry into prioritized action and, increasingly, into governed autonomy. This allows organizations to scale without increasing operational complexity. * Improved reliability: Earlier detection, fewer false positives, and faster remediation reduce user impact. * Higher productivity: Less manual analysis and fewer escalations free experts to focus on strategic initiatives. * Cost efficiency: Automation absorbs routine workload and limits the need for bespoke tooling and manual runbooks. * Governed autonomy: Policies, verification steps, and audit trails ensure trust as more actions are executed by AI. IT is evolving from operating complex systems to overseeing autonomous, learning operations. ControlUp is built for this future as an AI-first platform that moves from insight to action to autonomy. Executives do not need more dashboards. They need consistent decisions and measurable results. ControlUp Pulse AI is designed to deliver both. ControlUp named a Gartner magic quadrant Leader for DEX Management.

ControlUp named a Gartner magic quadrant Leader for DEX Management. ControlUp has been named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner(R) Magic Quadrant(TM) for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Management Tools, marking the third consecutive year the company has received the recognition. ControlUp attributes the achievement to its continued innovation in real-time visibility, automation, and agentic AI as it advances toward Autonomous Endpoint Management. In ControlUp's opinion, its position as a Leader for Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute reflects its consistent delivery of value to organizations navigating increasingly complex digital workspace environments. ControlUp believes this recognition underscores the rapid adoption of ControlUp ONE, a Customers' Choice unified platform that provides real-time visibility, proactive remediation, and intelligent automation across desktops, Cloud PCs, virtual workspaces, SaaS apps, and unified communications. Powered by Agentic AI, the platform continuously analyzes real-time signals to detect issues and initiate self-healing optimizations without manual intervention. Cloud Storage "Being named a Leader for the third consecutive year is a proud moment for ControlUp and, we believe, a reflection of the value our customers and partners are seeing every day," said Jed Ayres, CEO, ControlUp. "The DEX market is moving fast from visibility to action. IT teams no longer just need more dashboards. They need systems that can detect, diagnose, and remediate issues before employees are impacted. That is the shift we are driving with ControlUp ONE, Pulse AI, and our vision for Autonomous Endpoint Management." "We are thrilled that Gartner has recognized ControlUp as a Leader in DEX for the third year in a row. We believe this recognition gives us a strong foundation to define what comes next: Autonomous Endpoint Management, where real-time visibility, AI, and automation help digital workspaces run more intelligently and with less manual effort," said Gadi Feldman, Chief Product Officer, ControlUp. According to a Gartner report, "Innovation Insight for Digital Workplace Operations Automation Platforms[1],"by 2029, 70% of enterprises will deploy agentic AI as a part of IT infrastructure operations, compared to less than 5% in 2025." ControlUp believes this market shift aligns directly with its strategy to help IT teams move from reactive troubleshooting to automated, AI-assisted operations. As of May 2026, the ControlUp ONE platform holds a 4.7 out of 5-star rating based on over 330 reviews on Gartner Peer Insights(TM). One customer in the insurance industry noted: "ControlUp provides us in-depth insights into a very large environment... we can better understand user experiences and device performance without the need to export data to other tools. All of this is achieved within one tool, largely guided or automated by ControlUp."
