Sandro Matic will become President of the Americas business on 1 September 2026, whilst Gwen Cheramy will join as President of Europe on 1 October 2026. Matic, who joined the company in 2011, has held various leadership positions across sales, operations, product management and general management. He currently serves as President of Europe and will continue in that role on an interim basis until Cheramy's arrival. Cheramy brings over 20 years of international leadership experience across commercial operations, business management and strategic planning, including responsibility for large, multi-country industrial and technology organisations in Europe and global markets. Copeland has over 200 million installations worldwide and employs approximately 18,000 people across 40-plus countries.

He holds a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain and a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Cheramy joins Copeland with more than 20 years of international leadership experience across commercial operations, business management and strategic planning, including responsibility for large, multi-country industrial and technology organizations in Europe and global markets. She holds an MBA from Institut Supérieur du Commerce in France and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.
