Corporate Chaplains of America supports employees and their families through workplace chaplaincy, with care open to people of any faith or none. Its chaplains build relationships through weekly workplace visits and voluntary one-to-one conversations, with round-the-clock phone and app access for personal crises. They assist with grief, family issues and hospital visits, and connect people who need professional counseling with suitable outside counselors. Employers fund the service through a flat fee based on the number of employees served, with no extra fee for crisis interventions or charge to employees. Founded in 1996, the nonprofit is headquartered in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
