California law firm D.Law launches TREO, litigation operating system built in-house with 100% staff adoption

D.Law, a California employment law firm, has introduced TREO, a litigation operating system built entirely in-house by its technology team. The system, which stands for Time, Records, Evidence, Outcomes, is designed to manage deadlines, documents, evidence, and case analytics in a unified platform. The firm reports 100% staff adoption across its 200-plus employees, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. According to D.Law, each user recovers four to five hours per week using the system. "We built TREO because we needed it," said Emil Davtyan, D.Law founder. "We think of ourselves as a technology company that practices employment law." The system was developed under Chief Technology Officer Valeri Tavadyan. Whilst currently used exclusively by D.Law, the firm has indicated potential plans to expand beyond internal use.
