Overview
DAV Energy Solutions designs building systems and advises facility owners on construction, energy use and long-term maintenance. Its work spans hospitals, military facilities, schools and laboratories, where reliable power, heating and ventilation are essential to daily operations. The firm earns fees for engineering studies, construction oversight and commissioning, which tests whether installed systems work as designed; it also assesses existing equipment and recommends efficiency upgrades. Clients use its findings to plan renovations, compare project costs and manage buildings through construction and occupancy. Founded in 2009, it is headquartered in San Diego, California, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
