The practice combines design, engineering and planning expertise to deliver large-scale infrastructure solutions for public utilities, transportation agencies and existing clients across federal, data centre and healthcare sectors. The team is led by Principal David Chow and includes specialists in aviation, renewable energy and urban planning.
