Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • DN Capital led Interloom's $16.5M round on March 25, 2026.
  • It co-led Paraglide's $5M seed, already reporting 34% DSO reduction.
  • Cognigy's $955M NiCE acquisition validates DN Capital's enterprise-AI sourcing and exits.

What critics are saying

  • Nenad Marovac faced sexual-harassment allegations in 2023; reputational damage still shadows recruiting.
  • If Interloom or Paraglide stall, DN Capital's 2026 AI thesis weakens fast.
  • Enterprise-AI hype can compress markups, forcing down rounds by 2027.

What makes DN Capital unique

  • DN Capital backs enterprise AI and automation across Europe and North America.
  • Its 2026 portfolio spans Interloom, Paraglide, Airspeed, Fimple, and Mehridian-style infrastructure bets.
  • It adds hands-on support through follow-on financing and board-level involvement.
