Gozem Secures New Partnership To Ease Mobile Airtime Recharge In Africa, Starting With Benin

Gozem, the African super app operating in francophone west and central Africa, has partnered with DT One, a leading provider of digital transfer solutions, to launch a new airtime recharge service. With DT One’s technology integration, Gozem users can now easily recharge their loved ones’ mobile airtime directly from the app’s integrated wallet. According to a statement seen by Technext, the service will initially be available in Benin, with plans to expand to other countries. Gozem is a super app that provides a suite of mobility, ecommerce, and financial services to consumers, drivers and retailers. It operates in 14 cities across Togo, Benin, Gabon, and Cameroon, with more than 800,000 registered users who have completed more than 12 million trips since its launch in November 2018. Gozem’s mission is to simplify and enhance its users’ lives through a comprehensive digital ecosystem, which already includes services such as ordering a taxi or motorbike ride, meals, shipping parcels, and home delivery of gas.
