Overview

Delta Electronics Manufacturing Corp. designs and manufactures RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave interconnects for aerospace, defense, medical, and telecom markets. It offers cable assemblies, transmission lines, integrated connectorized housings, and precision components, supported by in-house modeling, ANSYS HFSS, CNC turning/milling, heat treating, electroplating, and plating lines. It customizes designs with customers by adjusting dielectrics, pin lengths, materials, and plating specs, and produces in vertically integrated facilities in Beverly, MA; Nanjing, China; and a partner site in Taiwan, operating under lean manufacturing and AS9100/ISO9001 quality systems. Delta focuses on aligning design and manufacturing to deliver enhanced electrical and mechanical performance and a consistent product experience across DC–65 GHz and beyond.
