Demant to sell Oticon Medical to Impilo. Demant, a world-leading hearing healthcare group headquartered in Denmark and listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen, has signed an agreement to divest Oticon Medical to Impilo. Plesner advised Demant A/S in connection with the divestment. Oticon Medical is a global company dedicated to bringing the power of sound to people at every stage of life with bone anchored hearing solutions.
