Dext Capital expands wheels sales team with addition of Whitehead and Mills. Ryan Whitehead and Jeff Mills both join as sales representatives in Dext Capital's wheels channel, which provides financing for transportation and vocational equipment to businesses nationwide. Whitehead began his career in the equipment finance industry in 2005 at TCF Equipment Finance, where he eventually served as vice president of sales. Throughout his career in equipment finance, Whitehead has worked across many industries, with a particular specialization in the tow and recovery market nationwide. In his previous role, he developed the company's tow program, overseeing the program's growth for four years. Mills brings more than 30 years of experience in equipment finance, specializing in commercial truck, trailer and specialty vehicle financing. His background spans banking institutions, fleet leasing, manufacturer-affiliated finance and independent finance companies, providing him with a broad perspective on the equipment finance industry. Mills has worked closely with equipment dealers, owner-operators, transportation companies and commercial fleets to develop tailored financing solutions, build lasting relationships and navigate complex financing needs. Dext Capital names Pack healthcare sales channel leader. In his new role, John Pack will lead the healthcare sales channel, working with health systems, manufacturers and distributors to build vendor programs and grow originations. Dext Capital appointed John Pack as healthcare sales channel leader. Pack brings a wealth of expertise in healthcare finance and vendor program development. He most recently served as senior vice president of healthcare originations and business development at Mitsubishi HC Capital, where he built relationships with health systems, OEMs and distributors, and put disciplined pipeline management practices in place. His experience includes serving as senior vice president and market director of healthcare finance at Santander Bank, leading vendor program and business development teams at TIAA Bank, formerly EverBank Commercial Finance, and a pivotal role at Key Equipment Finance, where he developed vendor program relationships with national and global healthcare organizations. In his new role, Pack will lead the healthcare sales channel, working with health systems, manufacturers and distributors to build vendor programs and grow originations. "John brings extensive experience in healthcare finance with a proven track record of building high performing teams and programs," Jeff Wertz, chief sales officer at Dext Capital, said. "His depth of expertise aligns perfectly with Dext Capital. Dext Capital is preparing its second securitisation of 2025, issuing $439.14 million in equipment loan and lease contracts backed primarily by enterprise technology and surgical equipment. The Dext ABS 2025-2 deal includes a $65 million prefunding account, representing 15% of the total collateral balance. The notes carry legal final maturity dates ranging from November 2026 for class A1 notes through October 2036 for class D notes. S&P Global Ratings and Moody's Ratings assessed the transaction, with Moody's assigning ratings from Aaa to Baa3 across the capital structure. The collateral pool comprises 20.1% enterprise technology equipment, 10.9% surgical equipment and 1.5% general technology, with an average contract balance of $90,162. Dext Capital serves as originator and servicer, though Moody's noted the company's limited historical performance introduces uncertainty regarding future portfolio performance.
