Overview
Dowbuilt builds custom, high-end homes for private clients across the United States, working with architects to turn individually designed residences into finished buildings. Its projects range from city residences to homes on island and mountain sites, with construction tailored to each design rather than a standard house plan. The company works with homeowners and design partners throughout construction, and also undertakes improvements to existing residences through a dedicated special projects team. Clients hire Dowbuilt for residential construction and project delivery, including on-site supervision and coordination of specialist trades. Founded in 1980, Dowbuilt is headquartered in Seattle, Washington.
