Sunrise has acquired Dreem Health, a California-based sleep clinic, to expand its sleep disorder diagnostics in the US. The acquisition aims to democratize sleep care access by leveraging Dreem Health's insurer partnerships. Sunrise plans to offer telehealth services, expand insurance coverage, and increase its reach nationwide. Laura Warnier has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer to drive this expansion.
