Dunsky welcomes former CEOs Josée Guibord and Chris Milner as Executive Advisors. March 26, 2026 Read time: 3 minutes Dunsky is pleased to welcome former CEOs Josée Guibord and Chris Milner to its team as Executive Advisors. Together, they bring significant experience in organizational leadership, renewable energy development, dealmaking, inter-regional transmission, and partnership development with First Nations. Josée Guibord is the former CEO of Evolugen, the Canadian arm of Brookfield Renewable. Over her 13-year career at Brookfield, Josée held multiple executive roles, including as SVP and General Counsel of North American operations, responsible for legal matters relating to renewable energy projects across Canada and the US. She also draws on her mining experience as Associate General Counsel with Vale, earlier in her career. As CEO, she guided Evolugen through major transactions involving hydroelectric, wind, solar, and battery storage projects across Canada. She brings a clear understanding of what it takes - from policy to financing to permitting - to turn plans into projects and get clean electrons and molecules flowing faster. Josée is deeply involved in the electricity sector and in her community. She is a former Vice-Chair of both Electricity Canada and Waterpower Canada and is the current Chair of the Ottawa chapter of Dress for Success, the global organization that provides resources and networking for women to advance in the workplace. Chris Milner is the former President and CEO of Yukon Energy Corporation and a senior executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience advancing complex energy, infrastructure, and economic development initiatives across Northern and remote regions. During his tenure at Yukon Energy, Chris led the territory's primary electric utility through a period of strategic transformation, strengthening system reliability, advancing renewable energy and storage projects, and working in partnership with First Nations governments, as well as territorial and federal governments, and industry partners. Chris brings deep insight into the energy realities of northern and remote communities, as well as the critical role of expanded transmission to better link northern and southern markets. He offers clients executive-level expertise in utility leadership, Indigenous partnership development, governance, and large-scale project delivery. His board experience includes Electricity Canada, Yukon University, and the Arctic Winter Games, among others. Dunsky's Executive Advisors provide seasoned executive perspective on a wide range of clean energy and climate challenges facing utilities, regulators, system operators, governments, developers and other key stakeholders in the energy transition. This experience, combined with Dunsky's rigorous analysis and strategic advice for over 250 clients across North America, enables faster, more robust and de-risked decision-making at this critical period in the sector. Quotes. Josée Guibord "Having worked closely with developers, utilities, and large energy buyers, I've seen what it takes to make renewable energy deals a reality, and how well-structured deals can create win-win scenarios for all parties. I'm excited to join Dunsky to help clients navigate their most pressing energy generation and infrastructure projects, and create tangible outcomes that support both economic growth and decarbonization." Chris Milner "This is a pivotal moment in the energy transition and for our Northern and remote communities, where energy security, affordability, and sovereignty are increasingly in focus. Advancing clean energy solutions, whether local or between northern and southern markets, requires solid data, working in partnership, thoughtful planning, and a deep understanding of local priorities. I'm pleased to join Dunsky to support clients in developing affordable and reliable energy systems and delivering projects that create long-term value for communities and stakeholders." Philippe Dunsky "Josée and Chris bring exceptional leadership experience across clean energy planning, project development, utility operations, and partnership building. Their perspectives strengthen our ability to support clients facing increasingly complex decisions on both supply and demand sides of the energy equation. At a time when the pace and stakes of the energy transition continue to rise, their addition further enhances the depth of insight and strategic guidance available to our clients." About Dunsky.
