EFESO appoints Kerry Rosenhagen to lead global supply chain design practice

EFESO Management Consultants has appointed Kerry Rosenhagen as Expert Director and Supply Chain Design Practice Lead. In this role, he will oversee the development of agile and cost-effective supply chains for clients. Rosenhagen brings over 25 years of experience in supply chain network design and optimisation. He most recently served as Principal Strategist at Cobalt Advisors, developing optimisation strategies for senior leadership teams. Before that, he spent 20 years as Managing Director at Chainalytics, a supply chain consulting firm acquired by NTT Data in 2021. The new practice will enable organisations to strategically evaluate and optimise their end-to-end supply chain networks. Appointed an Expert Director, Tieleman brings over 30 years of experience in operational excellence, manufacturing, supply chain, and digital transformation to the firm. An operations expert, he has experience in sectors including process industries, manufacturing, life sciences, food & beverage, and automotive. Throughout his career, he held senior leadership roles in industry, including at General Electric and Johnson & Johnson, and spent over two decades working as a consultant at several international consulting firms. Notably, Tieleman served as Managing Partner for Central Europe at R&G Global Consultants, a Netherlands-based operations consultancy that joined Argon & Co in 2021. Over the past years, Tieleman worked as an independent consultant. Based in New York, Cardinal brings more than 37 years of industry and consulting expertise in chemicals and materials. He has worked with corporate and private equity organizations on growth, value creation, and performance improvement initiatives across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. Cardinal has expertise across supply chain and operations cost transformation, network optimization, sourcing and procurement, business performance turnaround, margin and pricing improvement, operating model design, and M&A advisory. He joins EFESO from EY, where he spent four years as an executive director. Before that, Cardinal was a managing director at Accenture and PwC and a principal at Roland Berger and Charles River Associates. He began his consulting career with Arthur D. Little, where he spent a decade and was a senior manager. Cardinal has an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Connecticut.
